March 10, 2025 – West New York, NJ – FSNY Envelope, a leading facade installer in the tri-state area, is excited to announce the groundbreaking of its newest project, Riverbend 3, located at 30 Avenue at Port Imperial, West New York, New Jersey. The state-of-the-art luxury apartment building marks a significant milestone in FSNY Envelope’s growth and commitment to innovation.

As part of this project, FSNY Envelope is installing approximately 1,115 Northern Architectural Systems windows and storefronts, in partnership with Belle Contracting and Canoe Brook Development.
